You may need to share test results with other administrators, co-instructors, or colleagues who did not create the original test. The method depends on which quiz platform you use.

For Google Forms

When you share a Google Form with another user, they can gain access to the same AutoProctor test and its results.
1

Share the Google Form

Share the Google Form link with the users who need access. Make sure they have Editor permissions on the form itself.
2

Open the Timer + Proctor add-on

Have the other users open the Timer + Proctor add-on from within the shared Google Form.
3

Verify access

Once they open the add-on, the other users become associated with the same test. They see the same test link and can view results on their AutoProctor dashboard.
The other users must open the Timer + Proctor add-on at least once from within the shared Google Form. Simply sharing the Google Form link is not enough — they must launch the add-on to be associated with the test.

For Socratease Quizzes

Use the Collaborators feature to grant other users access to your test and its results.
1

Open your test settings

Navigate to the test on your AutoProctor dashboard and open its settings.
2

Add collaborators

Add the email addresses of users you want to grant access to. See Adding Collaborators for detailed instructions.
Collaborators can view results, proctoring reports, and manage the test depending on the permissions you assign.
