If a candidate’s report lists violations but not the images or recordings behind them, there are two possible causes.

Scenario 1: No Images or Recordings at All

If no evidence appears at all, the Me, after the test switch was probably off in the test’s Proctoring settings.

Open the Proctoring section

On your Tests page, click Settings next to the test, then choose Proctoring.

Check who is informed

Under Who is informed, check that Me, after the test is on. This switch stores evidence so you can review it in the report. See Proctoring Settings for each option.

Turn it on for future attempts

If the switch was off, turn it on and click Save settings. This does not add evidence to attempts already taken.

Scenario 2: Some Violations Have Evidence, Others Do Not

This is expected. AutoProctor stores about 20 images and audio files per attempt, so when there are more violations than that, some have no evidence file.
All violations are tracked and affect the Trust Score, even when no evidence file is stored for them.
