The Test Packs I bought are not reflecting in my account

The most likely reason for this is that you have logged in to a different account than the one you made the purchase with. For example, if you bought the packs using abc@gmail.com and are using xyz@school.com on your Google Form or on AutoProctor, you will not see the updated account.

To check your current account balance, log-in to www.autoproctor.com/test-admin/home using your email ID. On a computer, on the sidebar, you should see your account balance. It should have numbers like this

If this number isn't reflecting your purchase, check your email for a payment receipt from AutoProctor. Check the email where you got the payment receipt. Log in with that email ID and check your balance.

If you still don't see that the account balance has been updated, please create a ticket here https://autoproctor.freshdesk.com/ Upload screenshots of your payment receipt, and your homepage which shows your test account balance like above.
