Invoices for Payments
Once you successfully pay for an AutoProctor subscription, an invoice and payment receipt are automatically generated and emailed to you. When the subscription renews successfully at the end of your billing cycle, the invoice and payment receipt are emailed too.
If you are a Premium subscriber, please check with your team member who made the payment. The person who makes the payment will receive the invoice in their inbox.
Invoices are not generated for top-ups. We only email you payment receipts for top-ups.
If you cannot find the invoice in either your inbox or spam folder, you can download it from your account.
On the test admin page, go to Account then click Change Plan. You will find all your invoices on the billing page.
